Burnie Brae is at non-profit organisation providing compassionate home care, allied health and community services in North Brisbane and Moreton Bay.

If you or a loved one needs assistance to continue living independently, our care services are here to help. We offer comprehensive in-home support to ensure you receive the care you need in the comfort of your own space. Our home care services include personal care, assistance with daily activities, in-home and day respite centre, transport, social support and clinical care.

We also offer a range of allied health services designed to support your well-being, available in-home or at our Chermside clinic. These services include: Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology Massage Therapy.

Funding is available through Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Programme. We accept private paying and brokered clients.
