My name is Robyn Hodge, I am the owner of Shoebox Books Redcliffe and Brisbane North East.
Shoebox Books Brisbane North East was established in April 2015 and Redcliffe was added in May 2018.
We provide cost effective bookkeeping solutions for sole traders, tradies and small to medium businesses. We can design a package to suit your needs with quarterly or monthly consultations, preparation and lodgement of BAS, payroll & superannuation. If you are behind in your book work we can get you up to date and keep your there. We are fully mobile and come to you and can design a bookkeeping package that suits your needs.

I have a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and am a registered BAS agent.
Tell us about your History?
I was born and raised in Sydney. After completing my High School Certificate, I went on to do six months of an Economics Degree at Macquarie University. Realising this was not my passion, I left and went on to complete a Secretarial Course in Shorthand, Typing and Basic Bookkeeping.
I have three grown children, four grandchildren and the fifth one due in August 2019.
I moved to Brisbane in 1984 and finally settled int he Bald Hills area in 1986. From the early 1990’s to 2000 I was the owner of a Prawn Trawler and this is where I gained my passion for bookkeeping.
Whilst working for a national company, for 23 years in Admin, I completed a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and joined Shoebox Books in April 2015 combining both jobs til May 2016.
I became a registered BAS Agent toward the end of 2016.
In May 2018 we also purchased the Shoebox Books Redcliffe franchise and are in the process of growing this area.
What do you do in your downtime?
I enjoy reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, going to the movies and cruising.
Your favourite Place to Eat/Drink/Relax/Play?
The Belvedere at Woody Point, Crow and Arrow at Lawnton and Yard Doggs at Fortitude Valley.

All you need to do is put all your receipts in your shoebox. We come around to pick up your shoebox and deliver it back to you for your next quarter. As part of our fixed-price packages, we also lodge your BAS for you. Even if you are years behind on your bookkeeping, we can help you get up to date so you’ll never have to be behind again.
